Pennsylvania’s child custody law is changing after a very long reform process. According to reports, the new law will have 16 factors that will be taken into consideration when making custody decisions. Also, it will emphasize what can and can’t be considered in making those decisions. Apparently, this law change has been a long time coming and needed to be updated for the state. One part of the law will state that custody decisions must be gender neutral as mothers have often been favored in decisions.
