Alleged Tiger Woods mistress Devon James has filed legal documents asking a judge to determine the paternity of her nine-year-old son. According to the documents, the legal action is designed to "establish paternity, parental responsibility, time-sharing, and /or child support of a minor child or children." James wanted Tiger to submit to a DNA test in order to prove paternity.
