Man who Murdered Stepdaughter Granted Visitation with His Son

Since the month of June, it has been reported that Charslene Gomez has been fighting numerous battles including the loss of her two-year-old daughter.

During a World Cup soccer game, her husband was charged with murdering his stepdaughter.  Hector Castro allegedly killed his stepdaughter by beating her and then suffocating her because she was crying while he was watching the game.

Now, Gomez is fighting to get a judge's order reversed which grants Castro visitation with their one-year-old son.  She said, "He's gonna see his child in jail after he murdered my child and he is going to see his child and I don't think that's right."

The current visitation order allows Castro to see his son once a month for one hour while under supervision in jail.  Even though he is innocent until proven guilty, Gomez does not want him to have access to their son.

Having trouble securing visitation privileges?  Now is the time to obtain help from a family law attorney.
