Judge Does Not Owe Back Child Support

A judge in the Houston, Texas area has been told that he does not have to pay back child support for a son he fathered 18 years ago. According to reports, a court decided that he does not have to pay $190,000 in child support for a son he was told he didn't need to be around for. The woman reportedly thought her current boyfriend would adopt the son, so she didn't want the Houston man in the picture. The woman only recently contacted him to get money which led to her lawsuit. Now, the man does not have to pay, but he will be acknowledged as the father as a DNA test was conducted.
