Rapper Accused of Domestic Violence

One famous rapper appeared in court this week to answer for the charge of domestic violence against him.

Three months ago, the rapper got into an argument so serious with the mother of his child that she pressed charges against him. At that time, he was charged with one count of corporal injury to a cohabitant or child's parent, as well as possession of an assault weapon. While the weapons charge was eventually dropped, the rapper did plead no contest to the charge of domestic violence this week.

In exchange for entering his plea, the judge sentenced him to just one day in a county jail. He was also given three years of probation, 30 days of community service and 52 weeks of anger management counseling.
