Singer Denies Child Support Allegations

An aging crooner is fighting charges that he owes hundreds of thousands of dollars in child support.

According to a Massachusetts judge, the singer owes $400,000 in back child support payments. He was taken into custody earlier this month after he finished at performance in Springfield. When he appeared in court last week with his attorney, they demanded that the state provide all documentation showing that he owes this astronomical amount. This motion pushed the case back until mid-February when they are due back in court.

While he does not dispute the claim that he fathered two daughters with an Agawam woman, he does not believe that he owes that much money. The singer has called himself a loyal, loving father.

Are you battling to get the child support money you are owed? If so, don't wait to discuss your support case with a family law attorney.
