Man in Trouble for Failing to Make Child Support Payments in Two Counties

A man is in trouble with not one but two counties for failing to make child support payments.

The 31-year-old man was taken into custody last week by officers in one county. When they contacted the second county, they learned that he had outstanding warrants with it as well. In total, he owes 17,038 between both counties. He is currently being held at a jail.

While officers were pleased to get this man into custody, he was not the only person arrested this month for failure to make child support payments. One man was taken into custody on two arrest warrants totaling $8922; another man, 48, owes $21,855 in back payments.

Are you having trouble making your child support payments? If so, now is the right time to seek the services of a family law attorney in your city of residence that can inform you of your options and protect you.
