Sharon Stone Obtains Permanent Restraining Order

After an intruder broke into her home last month, actress Sharon Stone won a permanent restraining order against the intruder.

The actress already had a temporary restraining order against Bradley Gooden, who is possible "mentally ill," after he entered her home last month claiming he mistakenly took it for his own. However, the judge was tipped off to his mental state when Gooden also claimed to write the script for "The King's Speech" at age two, and then went on to say that his mother had purchased Stone's home long ago.

The new restraining order prevents Gooden from approaching Stone, her home, workplace, and three adopted sons until March 8 2014. Stone was able to get the restraining order with the help of testimony from a Los Angeles detective who stated that Gooden had an "abnormal fixation on Sharon Stone and her property." In her own testimony Stone said that "I am in fear from Gooden for my personal safety, and that of those around me, especially including my children and family, as well as my friends and employees."
