The Wyoming Supreme Court has ruled that the state can grant a same-sex couple a divorce when they are married in another state or in Canada. According to reports, the state Supreme Court decided to reverse a lower court’s decision. The matter was related to a same-sex couple who legally married in Canada in 2008.
