Man Jailed for Six Months for Child Support

A man in the Salinas, California area has reportedly been sentenced to six months in jail for failing to pay child support. Martin Diaz has reportedly failed to pay child support for his 13-year-old daughter. He has previously been convicted of this charge in 2006 and served 180 days in jail. At this point, he reportedly owes over $199,992 in child support and interest as he has not sought out work since his previous arrest.
