Butler County Child Support Enforcement Agency Defends Family's Home

When a bank tried to possess a home due to late mortgage payments, the Butler County Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) stepped in to defend the family. It took four years for the CSEA to win the legal battle for the house, a victory that meant the agency could pay back child support for a family.

It all began when the family in question made a deal with the CSEA that their home would serve as child support payments. However, when the woman who owned the home became unable to make the mortgage payments, the bank stepped in to take it away. Since the house was her collateral with the CSEA, they started to fight for her family's right to stay there.

With over 30,000 cases in Butler County, the CSEA is a hard-working agency. At the end of the day, CSEA Attorney Dave Kirschieper was able to win $56,984.69 for the children.

If you are struggling to collect child support payments, now is the time to hire a family law attorney.
