A woman has been arrested for interfering with a child custody matter. Reportedly, the father of a two-year-old dropped his son off at Family Resource Center for a court-ordered, supervised visit with the child's mother. When the father returned, the son and mother were not there. The mother does not have permission to remove the son. She was then found at a Kmart and arrested. The father has had full custody of the son.
