Mel Gibson’s Ex Claims He Refuses to Pay Child Support

Actor Mel Gibson continues to get bad press, this time regarding child support payments to his ex and father of his infant daughter, Russian musician Oskana Grigorieva. Grigorieva claims that Mel Gibson has not paid her a cent in child support since the couple split. She claims reports that Gibson filed a restraining order against her are false and says the reverse is actually true: she filed a restraining order against Gibson last week.

"He is not paying me a penny. Nothing," Grigorieva said. "I am having to live on credit cards and borrowed money. It is not a good situation." Grigorieva continued, "There are so many lies being said about me. I was trying to keep things dignified and be respectful to the father of my daughter, but what he is doing it cruelty." Gibson has made no response to Grigorieva's claims. She gave birth to their daughter, Lucia, last October.
