Kelsey Grammer Files Counter Divorce Paperwork

In Los Angeles, actor Kelsey Grammer recently responded to his wife's divorce filing.  Grammer allegedly asked for a judge to dissolve his marriage with Camille Grammer.  Like his wife, Grammer cited "irreconcilable differences" in the divorce paperwork he filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court.  

Camille Grammer asked that the judge award joint child custody of their two children, Mason Olivia (8) and Jude Gordon (5).  She requested that Kelsey be given physical custody with visitation.  In his filing, Kelsey requested that he receive both joint legal and physical custody.

Kelsey also asked the judge order legal fees to be payable by "community funds" whereas Camille had asked that Kelsey be ordered to pay her attorney's fees. Additionally, he has requested that the court not award Camille spousal support.
