In the Portland, Oregon area, authorities are reportedly focusing on parents who are refusing to pay child support. A sweep has occurred and targeted about 15 people with arrest warrants as they have not been paying their court-ordered child support payments. Now, those people could be facing up to six months in jail. They will also have to pay all their late child support payments.
