Wanted Man Arrested and Jailed for Failure to Pay

In the city of South Charleston, local news sources say that a man was placed in jail because he failed to meet the terms of his child support order. He is now facing failure to pay child support charges. According to police, Cpl. F.E.F. was conducting his usual patrol in West Dunbar when a truck mounted license plate system let him know that a vehicle was being operated by a person wanted by the law. After receiving the alert, Cpl. F.E.F. took action and pulled over the car.

Inside the vehicle was 46-year-old J.L.B. Jr., a wanted fugitive. Due to the fact that J.L.B. Jr. was wanted for failing to make his court ordered child support payments, Cpl. F.E.F. placed him under arrest and transported him to South Central Regional Jail. It has not been confirmed whether or not he posted bail to be released. If you are in need of child support and want to obtain payments, now is the right time to consult a family law attorney near you who can help you seek such financial contributions for your child.
