High Profile Divorce Winding Down

A divorce case between a high-profile executive and her husband is finally drawing to a close. Susan Decker, a former executive for Yahoo!, has tentatively agreed to split the proceeds from the sales of their two properties in Laguna Beach and Belvedere. According to the agreement presented to a Marin Superior Court judge this week, Decker and husband Michael Dovey are ready to end their marriage once and for all. The settlement was fifteen pages long and detailed all of the aspects of their divorce agreement. The judge reviewed the terms of the settlement and signed off on it; neither party was present in court.

This was one of two such documents brought to the court in the past few months. The latest document discussed nearly $20 million in assets. A previous document settled $50 million worth of claims and assets that both parties had an interest in retaining.
