Usher Accused of Failing to Make Child Support Payments

The ex-wife of Usher, Tameka Foster, is attempting to sue the singer for court costs. She wants to use the money to then sue him for sole custody of their children. Foster claims that the singer not only took their two sons out of the country without getting her permission first, but that he has also been late on several child support payments.

In total, Foster is asking for $50,000. A portion of that, $15,000 worth, will go to her attorney, while the rest is for assorted fees. Since the two have disproportionate incomes, Foster claims that Usher should pay for the legal battle in addition to depriving him of joint custody of their two children. Do you need help getting custody of your children? If so, you may wish to hire a family law attorney in your area that can advise you of your legal rights and also help you fight to obtain custody of your children.
