Arizona Man Arrested for Interferring with Child Custody

U.S. Marshals located a man from Arizona that has been charged with interfering with a child custody order. Diamond Lee Williams Sr. was finally apprehended by the Marshals at the intersection of Kahekili Highway Kahuhipa Street in Kaneohe.

Law enforcement was contacted when the mother called them to say that her one-year-old son had been taken without permission by the biological father since the mother had been awarded full custody of the child previously by the court system.

When the Marshals located Williams he was at a bus stop. He is currently homeless.

The boy had been unharmed and is now being taken care of by state officials until further notice.

If you are having difficulty enforcing your child custody rights it is time to hire a family law attorney now. Whether you are the custodial or non-custodial parent you are entitled to a certain amount of time with your children.
