Kelsey and Camille Settle Divorce without Prenup

After weeks of nasty battles in and out of the court room, Kelsey and Camille Grammer have created a divorce agreement that both can be satisfied with. However they still need to work out the details for shared property and finances.

Kelsey and Camille were married thirteen years ago and did not sign a prenuptial agreement beforehand. This has made it more difficult for the couple and parents of two children.

This new and final settlement states that the Grammers will be legally divorced on Thursday. Kelsey should be happy with this agreement as it means that he can now wed his girlfriend of several months, Kayte Walsh, even sooner than expected. The two have been engaged since December, despite a miscarriage that happened in September, and have already set a wedding date for February 25 at the Plaza Hotel.

Even though Camille is rumored to be walking away with $50 million, Kelsey has refused to sign a prenup with girlfriend Walsh.

A prenuptial agreement can help you in the event of a divorce.  To learn more, speak with a family lawyer in your state of residence.
