The state of Wisconsin is reportedly holding a number of child support checks for people who have changed addresses. According to reports, about 1,880 people have checks in limbo as some of them have been sent to old addresses and then returned as undeliverable. The people in question have likely not given officials their updated information so the checks cannot be mailed to them.
