Halle Berry is currently involved in a child custody battle with Gabriel Aubry and it seems she has won the first round. Halle Berry put off shooting a film in New York because Aubry thought there wasn’t any reason she should be able to take their daughter there. Berry had reportedly offered to pay for Aubry to stay in New York during that time so he could be with his daughter. Now, the court has decided that Berry can go to New York to film.
