Texas cities are currently dealing with overdue child support as the top 10 evaders in Texas owe more than $500,000 in back payments and interest. According to Texas law, the Office of the Attorney general needs to maintain a program that will identify the delinquents. Public and private locations must have photographs of those who owe child support. The OAG has reportedly created a Most Wanted Child Support Evader list to help in the process.
