Woman Robs Bank to Help Boyfriend Pay His Child Support

Recently, local citizens worked with police to find a woman who had robbed a bank. The collaboration led to the arrest of 22 year old Crystal Lowney who had robbed a bank this past Tuesday morning.

According to police, Lowney decided to rob Bank of Clarke County to help her boyfriend pay his child support. The robbery took place at 8:45 AM when Lowney walked into the financial institution with a small handgun. She gave one teller a note, showed her gun and then exited the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.

Later, police found Lowney and told news sources that the 22 year old is facing charges of robbery and use of a firearm to commit a felony. When police questioned Lowney about her crime, she told them that she was going to use the money to pay her boyfriend's delinquent child support and also to bail him out of jail. Police officers were able to recover all of the stolen money from Lowney's home.

If you are dealing with a serious child support matter, instead of trying to handle things on your own, you should work with a family law attorney that is experienced and ready to provide you with the legal services you need.
