Larry King Withdraws Divorce Petition

In Los Angeles, reports indicate that Larry King's marriage will continue.  Court records show that the talk show host and his wife withdrew their competing divorce petitions and their cases have now been dismissed.

Three months ago, the host of CNN's "Larry King Live" filed his divorce petition after being married to his wife for 13 years.  Following his petition, his wife filed competing divorce paperwork and then the couple agreed to reconcile.

Last month, King announced that he would be retiring because he wanted to spend more time with his wife and two young sons.  The "Larry King Live" show has been on the air for 25 years.

He recently released a statement that said, "A lot of new things are happening to us, and we are happy to be together as a family with our children."

King and his wife have been married since 1997.
