A former local television sportscaster and congressional candidate in the Dayton, Ohio area owes $8,300 in back child support. Guy Fogle's ex-wife has filed an affidavit on the matter. This is one of many financial problems for Fogle as he also filed for bankruptcy in 2008, listing his assets at $4,000 and liabilities at $284,000.
