South Carolina’s governor is headed to family court to proceed forward with his divorce after it was released that he had a mistress in Argentina. His divorce proceeding will move forward on February 26, 2010 in Charleston. The adultery has been noted as the reason for the divorce of the 20 year marriage. The governor has asked that the wife’s request for the divorce be accepted.
