Peter Van Aulen

Peter Van Aulen is one of a few attorneys certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a matrimonial attorney. He had to be positively evaluated by judges and attorneys who were familiar with his work. In addition, he had to take numerous continuing education classes in family law and pass a comprehensive exam. Mr. Van Aulen has been a practicing New Jersey divorce lawyer for 23 years. His practice is focused on assisting clients through their divorce and family law issues. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients. Further, Peter Van Aulen is a member of the Bergen County Early Settlement Panel. He has assisted a number of lawyers and their clients settle their divorce cases. Mr. Van Aulen has also been an adjunct professor of law. He has written thirty articles on family and divorce law that can be found on his website.
