Partner, Jim Green, brings a truly valuable blend of experience to Claery & Green's clients. Not only has he proudly served this nation as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps working as a military attorney, but he is an accomplished civilian attorney who has successfully advocated for military members in military matters as well as military members and military members' spouses in divorce matters. In addition, he has handled hundreds of family law matters ranging from divorces and paternity actions to domestic violence and child support matters. Mr. Green embraces challenges and he passionately advocates for Claery & Green's clients.
