Gerald J. Phillips

Mr. Phillips graduated from Boston University Law School in 1965 and was then admitted to practice law in the state of Massachusetts. He went on to serve in the U.S. Court of Military Appeals in 1966 where he acted as a Judge Advocate for the U.S. Marine Corps from 1966-1968. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1986 and he remains actively involved with the system to this day. Attorney Phillips has been admitted to the California State Bar and he is one of the first lawyers to be named as a certified specialist in the field of family law. He has been named as one of Orange County's Top 50 Lawyers and he has earned recognition for his work by Super Lawyers magazine as well.
