Noah Bishop

Associate / Attorney at Law

Noah Bishop handles primarily bankruptcy cases. Prior to joining GFBL he advocated for debtor's rights filing Chapter 7 bankruptcies for the underprivileged and served as an intern for two U.S. District Court justices in federal court. He uses this background and his passion for upholding the rights of his clients today. Mr. Bishop has extensive experienced in the Oregon bankruptcy rules and process and is well-known by the Portland area trustees and bankruptcy judges. He has filed over 250 bankruptcy cases since joining GFBL in 2010, but even with this volume continues to provide each client with the individual attention he or she needs. Former clients comment that he will take the time to listen to your questions and address your immediate concerns. If bankruptcy is the right answer to your financial circumstances, he will take care to address various issues such as the appropriate timing of filing your petition a critical decision. However, he also recognizes that bankruptcy is a very serious step and it may not be in your best interest. Mr. Bishop will not hesitate to give you that advice and provide you with other options as well.
