Actor Facing Felony Domestic Violence Charges

An actor got into an argument with his girlfriend last week at the Playboy Mansion. While fighting between stars is not uncommon, it does not always end in a call to the police. Prison Break star Lane Garrison was taken into custody at his girlfriend's apartment. The two had reportedly been fighting the night before when Ashley Mattingly claimed that Garrison had been drinking too much. He returned the next day to continue the fight but when it started to get physical, Mattingly called the police.

The actor's attorney has already responded publicly by stating that his client did not harm Mattingly. In fact, it was she that started to go crazy and Garrison merely tried to get her to sit down for a moment. That is the only time that Garrison touched her that day, even though he did admit to getting into a fight with her. He is still being held on charges of felony domestic violence at a Los Angeles jail.
