Officer Assaults Girlfriend

Police officers spend their lives protecting the community. Sometimes the stress of the job becomes so great that they strike out against their loved ones.

That is what happened to one police officer who assaulted his own girlfriend. She was forced to file a report of domestic violence against him when he punched her several times in the head. When police arrived on the scene, she told them that he had become very angry when she left a fast food restaurant before he was done eating. A simple argument turned into something much more brutal within minutes.

The officer was charged with domestic violence and arrested immediately. However, the victim refused to sign the arrest affidavit, perhaps in fear of retaliation. The arresting officer did it for her on the basis of overwhelming evidence of abuse.
