Man Violates Restraining Order 3 Times in 1 Month

Police were called to a home in Merrimack for the third time this month to arrest the same man. Each time that he has appeared at the house he has been in violation of a restraining order against him. Even though the suspect, K.T., 50, has moved to another town, he continues to violate the restraining order. Police are not discussing who lives in the house or why K.T. has a restraining order against him. It is known that he has visited the property at least three times.

Each time police have charged him with violating a restraining order, breach of bail and simple assault. It is known that at least one of those times he punched the victim in the leg. Is someone threatening you or your family? Don't wait for the situation to escalate. Instead, take the time to consult a family lawyer in your area who can inform you of your legal options when it comes to domestic violence.
