Murder Suspect Fights for Child Custody

One man is not only fighting to prove that he was not involved with child pornography, but that he also did not kill his wife.

The husband of a missing mother has been in court all month fighting to keep custody of his two children. However, it doesn't look good that he has also been named in a child pornography investigation. Nor does it help that officials still believe he may have had something to do with the recent disappearance of his wife. Although he has not been charged with her disappearance, he is still being considered as a prime suspect.

After reviewing the details of his case, a judge ordered the two young boys, ages 4 and 6, to stay with their maternal grandparents in Washington state. As for the child pornography case, it is actually the man's father that was found to have thousands of images of young children. Law enforcement officials are investigating whether the man helped his father in any way.

If you are in the middle of a child custody battle, it may be worthwhile to speak with a family law attorney who can offer you legal assistance.
