Mother Wins Child Support Dispute

A mother in the Wildomar, North Carolina area has reportedly won a child support dispute with a tribe member. According to reports, she is not a tribe member, so she had to take her ex to court to get him to pay. The court did struggle to get him to pay late payments as the state cannot garnish money of tribe members when received from casino profits. However, he can be sentenced to jail for failing to pay. The tribe decided to garnish some of his money in order to pay the woman once the story got out.
