Sperm Donor to Pay Child Support

A gay man in the Akron, Ohio area has reportedly been ordered to pay child support for the sperm he donated to one of his lesbian friends. This order reportedly comes after he filed an action to have himself declared the child’s father. He was originally not ordered to pay child support when he was not declared the father of the baby in the beginning. When it was affirmed that he was the father, he was told to pay child support.
