Maria Shriver Could Get $200 Million for Divorce

Although news of Arnold Schwarzenegger's infidelity has been quickly spread by the media, little is known as to whether Maria Shriver will file for a divorce. If she does, however, she could walk away with as much as $200 million in a divorce settlement.

According to the New York Post, the couple is worth an estimated $200 to $400 million, half of which Shriver would likely be entitled to. Should Shriver decide to pull the plug on their marriage, she could easily walk away with $100 million more than Elin Nordegren did from her divorce settlement with Tiger Woods. However, a reported prenuptial agreement could prove to be a stone in her shoe if Shriver decides to hit her husband up hard for alimony.

With the right lawyers, however, Shriver could possibly get the prenuptial agreement thrown out due to the length of her marriage and her husband's blatant infidelity. If this is the case, their net worth would be split down the middle, as is dictated by California law.
