A Plattsmouth, Nebraska woman has reportedly pleaded guilty to the charge that she failed to pay more than $24,000 in child support. Evelyn J. Hoschar has reportedly not paid her child support since 2003. According to reports, she pleaded guilty to three Class I misdemeanor counts. Now, she has reportedly agreed to pay $200 per month for the length of her sentence. She will likely be recommended for probation.
