Sheen and Ex Reach Child Support Agreement

The temporary restraining order ordered against Charlie Sheen by ex-wife Brooke Mueller is set to expire this week. However, the court hearing to argue for a permanent restraining order has been taken off the court calendar.

Since March 1 when Los Angeles police officers removed his two-year-old twin sons from Sheen's home, the actor has not had contact with them or Mueller. This came after Sheen reportedly made threats against his ex-wife, including the statement "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mother." He also threatened to stab Mueller in the eye with a knife.

Yet just one week after Mueller won the temporary restraining order against Sheen the two parties were able to come to a settlement regarding child support for the twins. Even though Mueller moved back into Sheen's home a few months ago with the kids, she calls it "a big mistake" knowing now how erratic Sheen's behavior had become.

If you are getting a divorce and have children, then you need to hire a family law attorney today to start working up the details of your child support payments.
