Texas twin brothers who have been charged with murder after they were found living with their mother’s corpse have reportedly been placed under the guardianship of relatives. According to reports the judge on the case ruled that the twins who not have the mental capacity to care for themselves. Now, it will have to be decided if they can stand trial.
