A grandmother in the Jacksonville, Florida area is reportedly fighting for child custody against a registered sex offender. According to reports, a judge ruled that the legal father of the child would have custody despite impregnating the child's mother when she was 14 and he was 38. The two were in the middle of a divorce when the mother passed away. Now, the grandmother is upset that the man has been given custody despite being a sex offender.
