Mel Gibson Still Not Divorced

Mel Gibson has reportedly not finalized his divorce from his estranged wife Robyn. The two have been married for 28 years and originally filed for divorce back in April 2009. It is reported that he submitted a settlement proposal to Robyn, but that nothing has been finalized. His other court case in regard to a child custody battle with Oksana Grigorieva keeps taking precedence over his divorce so they keep getting this matter continued. The couple did not sign a
prenuptial agreement.
