Mel Gibson's Ex Wants to Increase Child Support Payments

Recently, it has been reported that Oksana Grigorieva is requesting that a judge ordered her ex-boyfriend Mel Gibson's child support payments to be increased from $5000 per month to $40,000 per month.  The news was released by celebrity site, TMZ.

The child support payments are for the couple's daughter, Lucia.  Oksana Grigorieva had previously argued that her child's require more than $5000 per month.

According to TMZ, Gibson's ex also receives $2500 a month in child support payments from actor Timothy Dalton, the father of her 13-year-old son Alexander.  TMZ wrote, "It's a tough sell convincing Judge Scott Gordon that a 9-month-old baby needs nearly 20 times more money than a 13-year-old boy."
