A man who has been harassing his former wife will not able allowed to have his child support payments recalculated. Douglas Heck reportedly threatened to work as little as possible so that he would be paying less in child support while he hid money on the side. However, the court has upheld the divorce and the trial court's calculation of $100,000 as his annual income.
