Aliya Minter's daughter's father did pay the amount to his local agency, and there are records of the money going to Mecklenburg Count Child Support Enforcement, but the trail stops there. The agency claimed they had no records of the money. The agency then found that the money had gone to someone else. She has yet to receive the money back.
