Chickamauga Woman Cleared of Child Molestation Charges Seeks Custody of Her Children

Tonya Craft, a mother of two and former teacher in Chickamauga is fighting to regain custody of her children after being accused of child molestation in Catoosa County.

Tonya Craft's ex-husband, Joal Henke has had full custody of the couple's children for the last two years. Craft was allowed visitation of her son but not of her daughter whom she was accused of molesting. Craft has been found not guilty of the charges laid against her, but it is unclear whether her custody has been restored. An agreement on custody rights has been reached, but currently remains secret. Apparently Crank and Henke came to an agreement on custody and appeared before Judge Marie Williams to have their agreement legalized. Judge Williams agreed that the details of the custody settlement should be kept private for the sake of the children.

If you are seeking child custody and are encountering difficulties, it is in your best interests to obtain representation from a family lawyer.
