The co-owner of The Station nightclub, where 100 people died in a 2003 fire, is reportedly behind in child support by $31,775. Michael Derderian’s ex-wife is asking a family court judge to send him to the Adult Correctional Institutions until he pays what he owes. Derderian’s lawyer states that he does not owe any money to his ex-wife. His ex-wife is also asking that he be held in contempt and pay statutory interest on the arrearage as well as her lawyer’s fees.
