A Racine, Wisconsin man reportedly hasn't paid child support for his eight children since 2005. As a result, he is possibly going to be charged with 51 counts of failure to support. James E. Pearson reportedly owes about $120,000 to his eight children with four different women. As of now, he is being held at county jail on a $10,275 cash bond.
