Parents Can Attend Child Support Resource Fair

This week, residents who are dealing with unpaid child support, Ms. court dates or other child support related issues can get a fresh start by attending the Child Support Amnesty and Resource Fair in Wyandotte County.

The event is scheduled to take place on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 5 PM. The location of the event is the Village West Holiday Inn Express near Interstate 435.

During the fair, parents will have the opportunity to straighten out problems with the child support court. Information will be provided on making back payments, arranging new court dates and getting bench warrants lifted.

The county says the event is meant to be a resource to both payers of child support and the reset the answer child support.
